“I don’t have time for that” really means “I don’t care about that as much as other things I’m doing.”
Which isn’t an inherently bad thing. And even if that time is screen time. (over 3 hours a day looking at a phone?)
But here’s the question: what are your goals? And are you spending any time moving toward those goals?
If you have a goal that requires screen time. Do it. If you’re reading this, you probably have a goal to work on your physical fitness.
If you were to map out every minute of the day, it’s more than likely I could find a spot for you to squeeze in a set of pushups.
